• Bench Fee $50.00 - This covers the diagnosis and often, the repair of your computer. This fee basically pays for the first 1.5 hrs of repair service.
• On-site Service $75.00 - This gets our tech to your business or home. It covers the diagnosis and often, the repair of your computer. This fee basically pays for the first 1.5 hrs of on-site repair service.
• Additional Labor $40.00/hr - If your computers' problems are more involved, this is the rate we charge after the first 1.5 hrs.
• Parts - Parts are acquired from the lowest cost source and are not marked up. You pay the same thing we pay. We are always happy to use any parts you may already have on-hand assuming they are compatible with your system.
• Warranty - All computer repair services are warranted for 6 months for the same problem.
• All replaced parts and components are returned to you.

Networking Services:
Our networking technicians are fully trained and have the experience necessary to manage existing networks as well as design a networking solution that fits your company's needs. Services include LAN's, VPN's and wireless networks as well as Internet Connection Sharing and dedicated/enterprise server solutions. Compare our rates:
