At InterCom Design, we use Microsoft FrontPage XP as our default web page creation and editing software. This software is expensive and takes time to learn its ins and outs. The downloads below are less complicated to use but are also much less powerful and versatile. We provide these links for the benefit of those who want to learn web design and avoid any software expense.
